Required documents:

  1. Copy of Consular Registration Card;
  2. Family book

Required documents:

  1. Registration card of the dead person (if registered);
  2. Booklet of marital status of the dead person or of his/her father;
  3. Moroccan passport of the dead person;
  4. Death certificate delivered by the authorities of the country of residence; ( South Africa, Swaziland, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Botswana)
  5. National Identity Card (CNIE) of the dead person; Birth Certificate of the dead person;
  6. If married, a Birth Certificate of the spouse

Required documents:

  1. Copy of the Registration Card;
  2. Family book or copy of birth certificate.

According to the new Family Code (Moudawana), the testimony of two Muslim witnesses validates marriage and, as such, it does not need further validation in Moroccothe marriage should be declared to the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Pretoria within 3 months of its conclusion.

  2. Copy of marriage certificate;
  3. Birth certificates of husband and wife;
  4. Copy of National Identity Cards / Passports of husband and wife.
